| 我国B2C跨境电子商务发展现状及问题分析
摘要
跨境电商作为电子商务在国际间的一种贸易方式，突破了国家边境的限制，改变了许多人的贸易方式，使得交易过程更加便利化。然而我国跨境电子商务发展相对较晚，不足之处严重制约着跨境电子商务的健康发展，例如物流发展滞后、通关服务差、交易信用不足、专业人才匮乏等诸多方面的问题。本文研究我国B2C跨境电子商务中暴露的问题，并提出科学发展策略，包括打造互联网+新商业模式、优化物流供应链;加强跨境电商人才培养，这将有助于促进我国产业结构的调整和升级。

China B2C cross-border electronic commerce development present situation and problem analysis
Abstract
Cross border e-commerce not only breaks through the barriers between countries, makes international trade to the world,plays an increasingly important role, and becomes a new trade mode with great development potential. However, the development of cross-border e-commerce in China is relatively late, but the development speed is very fast. At the same time, the shortcomings also seriously restrict the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce. Mainly concentrated in the following aspects: logistics development lag,poor customs clearance service, lack of trade credit, lack of professionals and many other issues. The development of cross-border e-commerce in China should build a newbusiness model of Internet plus, optimize the logistics supply chain,and strengthen the training of cross-border e-commerce talents.
