| 房屋建筑工程质量管理控制 摘要 如今中国经济的稳定增长，城市人口在增加，城市基础设施建设也在不断改善，高层建筑的建设也在增加。在对工程项目进行建设的时候，对它的质量予以控制其实也是一项工程，而且这项工程包含了很多的方面。如最开始对可行性的探究，之后的勘察规划，再到施工等等，它本身已经形成了系统性。然而在这个系统的工程中，有一个问题是始终存在的且至关重要的。那就是对质量进行控制。在对工程项目展开施工的时候，对施工过程中的质量予以高效管理是非常有必要的。这不仅和整个项目的工程最后是不是满足国家统一标准有密切的关联，也和可不可以落实业主需求有着密切的关联。其还会对工程项目按时完成起到决定性的影响。同时还会影响到整体的成本问题。所以，在对工程的施工质量开展严格管理上给予高度的关注是非常有必要的。本文从研究课题的相关理论背景出发，分析施工过程中存在的质量问题，并提出保证工程质量的措施，论述了工程质量的重要性，希望能为施工人员的实际筹划与操作提供帮助，将项目的质量提升上去。 关键词：工程项目；施工；质量管理 Abstract With the steady growth of the Chinese economy,the urban population is increasing,the construction of urban infrastructure is also improving, and the construction of high-rise buildings is also increasing.
