摘要
　　随着社会经济水平的不断提高，建筑业的发展十分迅速，建设工程预算作为衡量建设项目合理性和可行性的一个重要指标，越来越受到人们的重视。建设工程预算不仅能在一定程度上控制设计和施工成本，而且能保证建设单位的经济效益和社会效益提高。完善工程造价管理造价概预算管理以及高质量的建筑工程概预算编制，可以保证企业有效的控制工程概预算，从而获得有利的市场竞争地位。然而，由于目前建筑工程概预算管理体制与管理模式和实际需要不匹配，导致建筑工程概预算编制不规范，概预算数据不准确，与实际施工成本相差巨大，进而影响整个项目的成本与实施。本文以M建筑工程项目为例，分析该工程概预算编的具体情况，针对其中存在的不足，提出提升建筑工程概预算编制质量的相关策略。

Abstract
　　With the continuous improvement of the social and economic level, the development of the construction industry is very rapid. As an important index to measure the rationality and feasibility of the construction project, the construction project budget has been paid more and more attention. Construction project budget can not only control the design and construction cost to a certain extent, but also ensure the improvement of economic and social benefits of the construction unit. Perfect project cost management cost budget management and high quality construction project budget preparation, can ensure that the enterprise effectively control the project budget, so as to obtain a favorable market competitive position. However, due to the current construction engineering budget management system and management mode and the actual need does not match, leading to construction engineering budget preparation is not standard, the budget data is not accurate, and the actual construction cost is a huge difference, and then affect the cost and implementation of the whole project. This paper takes M construction project as an example, analyzes the specific situation of the project budget compilation, and puts forward relevant strategies to improve the quality of construction project budget compilation in view of the existing deficiencies.
