中美贸易争端下杭州跨境电商出口发展对策

摘 要


依托于互联网技术的快速发展,跨境电商发展速度越发加快,其交易规模与市场规模均实现快速增长,在促使我国国际贸易发展上做出极大贡献,成为推动我国国际贸易不可忽视的新增长点。在2018年之后,受中美贸易摩擦带来的消极影响,我国跨境电商产业发生较大动荡。杭州作为全国电子商务的中心区域,面对此次贸易寒冬,其跨境电商发展仍维持在较高水平层面上,同时拥有较高的抵御风险能力。但是,由于中美两国的贸易争端,杭州在紧张的贸易形势下,跨境电商企业面临着来自产品、物流、价格等多方面的竞争压力,基于这样的形势,本文阐述了杭州跨境电商的发展情况,并从成本、物流、知识产权、品牌建设等角度探究现阶段杭州跨境电商企业面临的困境与发展难题,并提出提高产品的核心竞争力、加大自有品牌的建设力度、降低跨境电商企业的发展成本、完善跨境物流体系、健全知识产权制度、运用贸易争端解决机制的出口发展对策。

Abstract

Relying on the rapid development of Internet technology,the development of cross-border e-commerce is speeding up, and its transaction scale and market scale have achieved rapid growth. It has made great contributions to the development of China's international trade,and has become a new growth point that can not be ignored in promoting China's international trade. After 2018, due to the negative impact of Sino US trade friction,China's cross-border e-commerce industry experienced great turbulence. As the central region of e-commerce in China,Hangzhou's cross-border e-commerce development remains at a high level in the face of this cold trade winter, and has a high ability to resist risks. However, due to the trade disputes between China and the United States,under the tense trade situation in Hangzhou,cross-border e-commerce enterprises are facing competition pressure from product, logistics, price and other aspects. Based on this situation, this paper expounds the development of cross-border e-commerce in Hangzhou,and explores the problems faced by cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Hangzhou at the present stage from the perspective of cost, logistics, intellectual property, brand building,etc At the same time, it puts forward the Export Development Countermeasures of improving the core competitiveness of products, strengthening the construction of private brands, reducing the development cost of cross-border e-commerce enterprises, improving the cross-border logistics system, improving the intellectual property system, and using the trade dispute settlement mechanism.
