| 网络文学市场版权交易现状及发展趋势研究 摘要:网络文学作为目前文化创意产业里的内容源头之一，近些年，在推行粉丝经济、提倡版权改编的背景下，版权交易不仅使网络文学行业自身得到了价值实现，也促进了影视剧、动漫等行业的繁荣，版权收入占网络文学行业市场规模的比例越来越大。目前，网络文学用户增量趋减，数字阅读付费模式已经面临发展瓶颈，探究网络文学行业新的价值增长点，是当下面临的问题。基于这个行业现状，以版权交易为研究对象，笔者经过研究认为在理性经济人假设前提下，交易数量增加、交易规模扩大是网络文学市场版权交易的发展趋势。本文首先对版权价值与版权交易的定义进行概括，然后分析版权价值的决定因素与版权交易的影响因素，其次分析当下中国网络文学版权交易现状，最后对本文中网络文学市场版权交易数量增加、规模扩大的发展趋势通过定性与定量分析方法进行论证。以期通过本文研究，对网络文学市场的版权交易情况有更清晰的了解，指导网络文学行业的发展。 关键词:版权价值；版权交易；发展趋势； Abstract: Network literature as the current one of the contents of the source in the cultural creativeindustries, in recent years, fans economy,promoting the copyright to the implementation of the adaptation of the background,the copyright trade not only makes the network literature industry by its own value realization, also promoted the prosperity of TV dramas, anime and other industries, industry network literature copyright accounted for the proportion of the size of the market is more and more big. At present, the increase of users of network literature is decreasing,and the payment model of digital reading has already faced the development bottleneck. Therefore, it is the current problem to explore thenew value growth point of network literature industry. Based on the current situation of this industry and taking copyright trading as the research object, the author believes that under the premise of rational economicman, the increase in the number of transactions and the expansion of transaction scale is the development trend of copyright trading in the network literature market. This article first to the value of copyright and copyright trading,to generalize the definition of and then analyzed the determinantsof the value of copyright and the influence factors of the copyrighttrade, secondly analyze the status quo of Chinese network literature copyright trade, finally on the network literature copyright trading market development trend of the increase in the number and scale through qualitative and quantitative analysis method. Through this study, we hope to have a clearer understanding of the copyright transaction in thenetwork literature market and guide the development of the network literature industry.
