唐代诗歌中的胡食文化

摘 要:每个时代的饮食状况都与其文明的发展高度相关,而在唐朝这个空前盛世里,人们的物质文明、精神文明达到了一个顶峰。作为一个大一统王朝,唐朝的饮食文化中更是兼收并蓄了许多外来文化,其中最主要的外来饮食应是胡食。《全唐诗》中记载饮食诗歌的数量高达三千多首,其中虽只有一百多首提到胡食,但也能为我们展现出唐朝胡食的轮廓。本文先确定了胡食的概念与研究范围,然后从主食、蔬菜、水果和酒四个方面来分析唐诗中的胡食,以期使大家对唐代的胡食文化有一定的认识。

The food of Hu people in Tang Dynasty poetry

Abstract: In the Tang Dynasty,people's material civilization and spiritual civilization reached a peak. As a unified dynasty, the food culture of the Tang Dynasty is a mixture of many foreign cultures, the most important of which is Hu food. There are more than 3000 poems about food recorded in the whole Tang poetry.Although only more than 100 of them mentioned Hu Shi,they can also show us the outline of Hu Shi in Tang Dynasty. This paper first defines the concept and research scope of Hu food,and then analyzes Hu food in Tang poetry from four aspects of staple food, vegetables, fruits and wine, in order to make everyone have a certain understanding of Hu food culture in Tang Dynasty.
