| XX医疗队在武汉方舱医院对轻型新冠病毒感染患者的人文关怀护理体会 摘要: [目的]探讨人文关怀在武汉方舱医院轻型新冠病毒感染患者护理中的应用效果。[方法]选取2020年2月7日-2月16日在武汉方舱医院接受治疗的92例新型冠状病毒肺炎轻症患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分成观察组（n＝48）和对照组（n＝44）。对照组给予常规新冠肺炎的一般护理措施，观察组在一般护理措施的基础上增加人文关怀护理。[结果]比较两组新型冠状病毒肺炎轻症患者的生理指标、SAS评分、SDS评分和患者对护理工作的满意度，观察组和对照组存在差异（P＜0.05）。[结论] 人文关怀在武汉方舱医院轻型新冠病毒感染患者护理中，可缓解患者的病情，减轻焦虑和抑郁程度，提高NCP患者对护理工作的满意度。 关键词: 轻型新冠病毒感染患者；人文关怀；护理体会 [Abstract] Objective：To explore the effect of humanistic care in the nursing of patients with mild new coronavirus infection in Wuhan fangcang hospital.Methods：A total of 92 patients with mild new-type coronavirus pneumonia who were treated in Wuhan Fangcai Hospital from February 7th to February 16th, 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group (n = 48) and control group (n = 48) according to the random number table method. n = 44).The control group was given the general nursing measures of conventional neocoronary pneumonia, and the observation group was added with humane care based on the general nursing measures.Results：The novel coronavirus pneumonia patients with mild pneumonia were compared with two groups of physiological indexes, SAS scores, SDS scores and patients' satisfaction with nursing work.（P＜0.05）.Conclusion:Humanistic care in the care of patients with mild coronavirus infection in Wuhan Fangcai Hospital can alleviate the patient's condition, reduce their anxiety and depression, and improve NCP patients satisfaction with nursing work.
