Clinical application of evidence-based nursing for infantile hand-foot-mouth disease with encephalitis

[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the clinical application effect of evidence-based nursing in children with hand-foot-mouth disease combined with encephalitis. Methods: 66 cases of children with infantile hand-foot-mouth disease combined with encephalitis were observed and divided into two groups: the routine group and the evidence-based group. There were 33 cases in the routine group, and these 33 cases were given general routine nursing measures. There were also 33 cases in the evidence-based group, which was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of general routine nursing. After a period of nursing, the effects of different nursing were compared between the two groups of children.Result Compared with the evidence-based group, the treatment efficiency of the conventionalgroup was higher, the number of days in hospital was less, and the satisfaction of the family members was higher. The nursing effect was better than the general routine nursing in the conventionalgroup, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application effect of evidence-based nursing in children with hand-foot-mouth disease combined with encephalitis is good, can improve the clinical symptoms of children, improve the effective treatment, shorten the length of hospital stay, it is worthy of promoting research in clinical nursing.
