| 大数据时代个人信息安全问题与对策 摘要 在信息爆炸时代，全球产生的数据越来越多。大数据包含着巨大的价值利益。通过大数据，可以看出用户的深层特征和模糊的内部需求，从而给企业带来价值和利益。百度每年都会通过数据分析人们的搜索词汇和提供再捕获服务获得巨大财富。但是这种行为可能会极大地侵犯个人隐私。现在越来越多的用户在社交媒体上展示和分享自己的生活，在社交媒体上提供自己的各种信息，这无疑给用户隐私带来隐患。用户没有意识到隐私泄露的问题，没有关注过这些安全问题的重要性。而当下我国有关个人信息保护的立法仍需要完善，与之相应的信息安全防护技术方面相对滞后，而在行业自律意识方面则较为薄弱，个人信息安全素养需要提升空间较大，当前信息安全事件频频发生正是与这些方面的原因有关。本文旨在就大数据时代下用户隐私泄露问题的因素和方式，并提出针对性的策略和建议。具体而言，本文旨在回答以下两个具体问题：一是大数据时代个人隐私泄露的原因有哪些。二是保护个人隐私的有效对策有哪些。 关键词：大数据，个人隐私，信息保护 Abstract In the era of information explosion, more and more data are generated in the world.Big data contains huge value interests.Through big data, we can see the deep characteristics of users and fuzzy internal needs, so as to bring value and benefits to enterprises. Every year, Baidu will gain huge wealth by analyzingpeople's search terms and providing recapture services. But this kind of behavior may be a great invasion of personal privacy.Now more and more users show and share their lives on social media,and provide their own information on social media, which undoubtedly brings hidden dangers to users' privacy. Users are not aware of the problem of privacy leakage and havenot paid attention to the importance of these security issues. At present, China's legislation on personal information protection still needsto be improved, and the corresponding information security protection technologyis relatively backward, while the industry self-discipline consciousness is relatively weak, and the personal information security literacy needs to be improved. The frequent occurrence of current information security incidents is related to these reasons.This paper aims to analyze the factors and ways of user privacy leakage in the era of big data, and put forward targeted strategies and suggestions. Specifically, this paper aims to answer the following two specific questions: first, what are the ways and reasons of user privacy leakage in the era of big data.
