| 论我国对于恐怖主义的定义 摘要：恐怖主义从出现到现在，受到我国政府的重点关注，我国对于其了解也不断加深。2015年年底颁布了反恐怖主义法，该法案延续了以往的法律成果，并首次提出恐怖主义这一次，同时对这一词进行了明确定义。从法案中可以了解到，恐怖主义，是对恶性行为的概括，包括使用暴力破坏、恶性威胁等手段对民众造成安全威胁、引起不必要的社会恐慌，胁迫国家和组织满足其政治目的和社会意识。该法案的颁布，说明我国对于恐怖主义的认识到了新的突破，有了较完善的认识。这一定义包含了国际社会对恐怖主义三要素的总结，通过该理论与我国的反恐怖实际相适应。我国对于恐怖主义的认识有了新的突破，并不断完善。这也是我国反恐怖斗争的进程。 关键词:恐怖主义;极端主义;反恐法;恐怖主义犯罪 On the definition of terrorism in China Abstract：In China, the definition of terrorism has experienced a clear process from scratch.The anti-terrorism law promulgated in December 2015 clearly defines terrorism for the first time on the basis of the achievements of past legal practice. According to Article 3 of the act, terrorism refers to the use of violence,destruction, intimidation and other means to create social panic,endanger public security, and infringe upon personal property,or the assertion and conduct of state organs and international organizations to achieve political, ideological and other purposes under duress. This shows that our government's understanding of terrorism has reached a new level.This definition not only absorbs the consensus of the international community on thethree elements of terrorism, but also combines with the reality of terrorism in China. It can be said that China's understanding of terrorism in the exploration of progress, and experienced a gradual correction process.
