试析在教学反思中如何提高学生参与的有效性


摘 要

教学反思在现今教学环节中一直占有举足若轻的作用,在课堂教学中,不仅要有教与学的双向吸收,课堂之余的总结与反思更显得尤为必要。若是利用好了反思之法,掌握住了反思之道,那么课堂教学的效果便会更上一层楼。但在以往的教学反思中,我们都忽略了一个更重要的主体——学生,教师利用教学反思,最终目的是为了提高学生的课堂效率,使学生受益,所以如何提高学生参与教学反思的有效性成了本文探讨的重点。本文试从八个方面切入探讨如何提高学生参与教学反思的有效性:第一部分阐述论文选题的缘起以及学界对该课题的研究成果;第二部分查找归纳出教学反思在课堂教学中的重要性;第三部分分析现有教学反思的优劣面;第四部分提出重视学生在教学反思中的主体性;第五部分指出学生反思可能存在的缺陷与不足;第六部分针对学生反思的缺陷采取问卷的形式;第七部分分析调查问卷并找出解决方法;第八部分采用新反思方法观察效果并得出结论。

ABSTARCT

Teaching reflection plays an important role in today's teaching process.In classroom teaching, there should be not only two-way absorption of teaching and learning, but also summary and reflection after class. If we make good use of the method of reflection and master the wayof reflection, then the effect of classroom teaching will be better. But in the past teaching reflection, we have ignored a more important subject - students.Teachers use teaching reflection,the ultimate goal is to improve students' classroom efficiency, so how to improve the effectiveness of students' participation in teaching reflection has become the focus of this paper. This paper attempts to explore how to improve the effectiveness of students' participation in teaching reflection from eight aspects: the first part describes the origin of the topic and the academic research results of this topic; the second part finds out the importance of teaching reflection in classroom teaching;the third part analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing teaching reflection;the fourth part puts forward to pay attention to the main body of students in teaching reflection The fifth part points out the possible defects and deficiencies of students' reflection; the sixth part adopts the form of questionnaire for the defects of students' reflection; the seventh part analyzes the questionnaire and finds out the solutions; the eighth part uses the new reflection method to observe the effect and draw conclusions.
