| 老年教育培训需求分析——以武汉地区为例 摘 要 1999年我国进入老龄化社会。在终身教育理念传播和社会主要矛盾转化的背景下武汉市越老越多的老年人走进老年教育机构参加学习,满足自身发展和兴趣爱好的需要,积极发挥正能量。与此同时,政府部门提供的老年文化教育服务供给很难以完全满足老年群体的旺盛文化学习需求,老年大学“一座难求”。笔者从教育培训的需求视角出发，对武汉老年教育的现状进行了调研。然而目前老年教育在发展过程中面临诸多问题。诸如民众意识淡薄、区域发展不均衡、师资队伍匮乏、课程体系不成熟等难题。结合国外先进地区老年教育的优秀经验,结合政府的相关要求,提出解决上述问题的对策建议。包括更新理念提高认识、健全老年教育法治、优化老年教育体制,统筹协调运行机制、提高老年教育基础能力等。据此开展适宜的老年教育,进而推动年教育服务的持续健康发展。 【关键词】老年教育 培训需求 分析 A Research on the needs of education and training for the elderly. ——Take the Wuhan area as an Example Abstract In 1999, China entered the aging society.Under the background of the spread of the concept of lifelong education and the transformation of the main social contradictions,more and more elderly people in Wuhan enter theelderly education institutions to participate in learning, meet the needs of their own development and interests, and actively play a positive energy. At the same time, the supply of elderly education services provided by the government is difficult to meet the strong demand of the elderly group, and the University for the elderly is "hard to find". From the perspective of education and training needs,the author investigates the current situation of Wuhan elderly education. However, there are many problems in the development of the elderly education.Such as weak public awareness, unbalanced regional development,lack of teachers, immature curriculum system and other problems. Combined with the excellent experience of elderly education in advanced areas in China and the relevant requirements of the government,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the above problems. It includes updating the concept, improving the understanding,perfecting the rule of law,optimizing the elderly education system, coordinating the operation mechanism, and improving the basic ability of elderly education. Based on this, we should carry out appropriate education for the elderly,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of education services for the elderly. |
