| 论高职思想政治教育与职业素养教育的融合 摘要：高职院校把思想政治与职业素养教育进行融合，是落实我国素质教育方针的表现，满足了社会对人才的需求，进一步提升了高职院校的办学水平。本文建议促进这两种教育融合的方法是要实现理论知识的融合，理论与实践的融合，要引进企业先进文化，构建良好的校园文化氛围，积极完善学生评价考核标准体系，为企业输送更多的有用人才。 关键词：高职院校；思想政治教育；职业素养教育 Abstract: At present, higher vocational colleges will be ideological and political education, professional quality education, the two aspects of mutual integration,is the requirements of China's universal quality education,in improving the level of schools at the same time, but also can respond to the requirements of today's society for talent. This paper suggests that the methods to promote the integration of the two kinds of educationare to achieve the integration of theoretical knowledge, theory and practice,to introduce advanced corporate culture,build a good campus cultural atmosphere, actively improve the student evaluation and assessment standards system, for enterprises to send more useful talents.
