摘 要

生产自动化流水线在日常的生产制造中起着越来越重要的作用，基本在各制造业中都有其身影，其中自动化流水线的PLC控制是饮料灌装生产流水线的核心。本论文使用了三菱FX2N型号的PLC，MCGS当作上位机，通过控制传送带的电机，输送空的饮料瓶，通过灌装口处的位置检测传感器来检测瓶子是否到灌装位，到灌装位后，自动停止输送带的电机，瓶子对准灌装口，进行液体的灌装，同时计算灌装瓶数，待灌装完成后自动启动输送带的电机，将罐装完成的瓶子运走，同时运来新的空瓶子，如此重复动作，实现饮料灌装的自动化生产。并且灌装时可在MCGS交互界面查看系统运行状况，可以通过上位机来设定灌装数量，并到数量后自动停止系统，且可在交互界面查看设定。而且该系统具有紧急停止、短路过流保护、灌装提醒、电机过载保护、设定灌装数量等多种功能，故障时自动停止系统，且通过交互界面进行报警显示，实现实际生产的监控和安全目的。

ABSTRACT

Automatic assembly line plays a more and more important role in the daily production and manufacturing, which basically exists in all manufacturing industries. Among them, the PLC control of beverage filling production line is the core of beverage filling production line. In this paper, Mitsubishi FX2N small programmable controller is used as the control core, MCGS configuration software is used as the upper computer. By controlling the filling conveyor motor, empty beverage bottles are transported,and whether the bottles reach the filling position is detected by the filling position detection sensor. When the bottles reach the filling position,the conveyor motor stops automatically,the bottles are aligned with the filling port, and the drinks are filled automatically At the same time, the filling counting is carried out at the filling port. After filling, the conveyor belt motor starts automatically,the finished bottles are transported away, and new empty bottles are transported at the same time. In this way, the system circulates and realizes the automatic production of beverage filling.When filling, the running status of the system can be viewed on the MCGS interactive interface, and the filling amount can be set by the upper computer. When the filling amount is reached,the system will stop automatically, and the settings can be viewed on the interactive interface. In addition, the system also has a variety of functions,such as emergency stop,short-circuit over-current protection, filling reminder, motor overload protection, setting the filling amount and so on. In case of failure, the system will automatically stop and alarm display through the interactive interface to realize the actual production monitoring. For security purposes.
