| 北京地区失业问题的研究 摘 要 失业是国际社会长期关注的问题，每个国家都在努力寻找一个适合自己国家国情的失业政策。西方国家的有关心理学家研究表明，解雇带给一个人造成的创伤不亚于亲友的去世或学业上的失败。现阶段，我国已经呈现出严峻的就业形势。在当前的经济形势下，北京市作为中国的首都，对其他城市有着经济和生产生活起带头作用，所以北京政府解决失业问题的方法全国人民都备受瞩目。 本文主要对北京地区的失业问题进行了分析，运用文献研究法、调查法、观察法等方法了解北京市不同年代、不同人群的失业情况，最终对北京市乃至全国的失业政策有了一定程度的了解和自己的见解。 关键词：失业问题；失业状况；解决政策 Abstract Unemployment is a long-term concern of the international community.Every country is trying to find a suitable unemployment policy for its own national conditions.Research by psychologists in western countries shows that being fired isas traumatic for a person as the death of a relative or failure in school. At the present stage, China has presented a grim employment situation.Under the current economic situation, Beijing, as the capital of China,plays a leading role in the economy, production and life of other cities. Therefore, the measures taken by the Beijing government to solve the unemployment problem have attracted the attention of the whole country. This paper mainly analyzes the unemployment problem in Beijing,and uses the methods of literature research,investigation and observation to understand the unemployment situation of different ages and different groups in Beijing. Finally, it has a certain understanding of the unemployment policyin Beijing and even the whole country and its own opinions.
