| 西北地区光伏发电产业竞争力影响因素分析 摘 要 利用科学技术技术，实现太阳光转化为人们所使用的电能，这种技术叫光伏发电，自21世纪后开始高速发展。我国是一个能源大国，生产和消耗在世界上都位居前列，随着国家提出力争2060年前实现碳中和，新能源的地位逐渐上升。又因为相较于其他新能源，光伏发电技术起步早，技术较为发达被定为首选。西北地区因为特别的日照条件以及相对优越的地理环境，是发展光伏发电技术的首选地区。随着光伏产业在全国的发展，同时又因为西北地区盲目发展，政府没能跟上相应的政策等一系列问题的出现，这对西北地区的该产业发展产生影响。在此背景下，观察如今西北地区光伏产业的现状，分析西北地光伏产业的影响因素，找到西北地区光伏发电产业的优势劣势，取长补短，才能让西北地区光伏产业更好的发展。 本文首先介绍西北地区光伏发电产业的发展历程和如今现状，然后通过波特模型提出对该区域光伏发电产业竞争力影响因素的分析结果。 关键词：西北地区；光伏发电；影响因素；竞争力 Abstract The use of science and technology to achieve the conversion of sunlight into electricity used by people,this technology is called photovoltaic power generation, since the 21st century began to develop rapidly. China is a big energy country,and its production and consumption are in the forefront of the world. With the national proposal to strive to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060, the status of new energy is gradually rising. Moreover, compared with other new energy sources,photovoltaic power generation technology started early and developed, so it is the first choice. Because of the special sunshine conditions and relatively superior geographical environment,Northwest China is the first choice for the development of photovoltaic power generation technology. With the development of photovoltaic industry in the whole country,but also because of the blind development of the northwest region,the government failed to keep up with the corresponding policies and a series of problems, which have an impact on the development of the industry in the northwest region. In this context, observe the current situation of photovoltaic industry in Northwest China, analyze the influencing factors of photovoltaic industry in Northwest China,find the advantages and disadvantages of photovoltaic industry in Northwest China, learn from each other, in order to make photovoltaic industry in Northwest China develop better. Now Porter's photovoltaic industry development process and factorsaffecting the competitiveness of the region are introduced.
