| 飞机起落架减震支柱故障分析 摘 要 飞机起落架减震支柱作为一种高效的缓冲装置，在航空领域应用广泛，飞机起落架减震支柱的安全与稳定运行关系到飞机的降落安全与乘客的人身安全，因此对飞机起落架减震支柱进行深入分析是非常重要的。为了深入了解飞机起落架减震支柱的故障原因，本文通过对飞机起落架减震支柱的漏油、断裂失效的分析的了解进行一系列的论述，从故障现象、故障原因、解决方法等方面了解了对飞机起落架减震支柱的故障进行分析，由此得出飞机起落架减震支柱故障的主要原因包括科学技术的限制、使用方法不正确、维护保养不当等，为后续研究提供一定参考。 关键词 飞机维修 飞机起落架减震支柱 故障原因 故障分析 故障排除 Abstract As an efficient buffer device, the landing gear damping pillar is widely used in aviation.The safety and stable operation of the landing gear damping pillar isrelated to the landing safety and the personal safety of the passengers. Therefore, it is very important to deeply analyze the landing gear damping pillar.In order to have a thorough understanding of the aircraft landing gear shock strut the cause of the problem,this article through to the aircraft landing gear shock strut of the oil spill,the essay discusses the analysis of fracture failure, the failure phenomenon,failure reason and solution for fault analysis of aircraft landing gear shockstrut, thus it is concluded that the main reason for the aircraft landing gear shock strut failure including the limits of science and technology, using method is not correct, improper maintenance, etc., to provide certain reference for further research.
