摘 要
 
我这次毕业设计的题目是 汽车换挡面板注塑模具设计,目前,塑胶产品在我们生产生活当中占据着很大的比例,我这一次的塑件在生活当中也是比较常见的。
 
当我拿到塑件了以后就利用三维软件UG对其进行建立模型,开始分析塑件,检查壁厚,结合实际决定采用PC+ABS,满足塑件本身要求。本次实际对于塑件表面精度要求一般。
 
当画出塑件三维图了以后,确定塑件分型面为最大端面处,这样更还直观的可以看出开合模间隙。分型面确定好了以后有就开始型腔布局,如何更加经济和布局的时候需要考虑到之后型芯型腔的机械加工,经过分析布局为一模一腔的布局。再者就是设计流道的时候尽可能考虑到经济方面,流道尽可能不要太长,不要留有过多的废料。最关键在于成型零部件也就是型芯和型腔,设计的时候要额外仔细,数据把控需要很严谨,还有就是距离把控好,这直接关系到了塑件生产出来的质量以及外观。采用分布均匀的布局水道,充分冷却产品即可。然后顶杆布局需要受力均衡,顶出产品保证产品无顶白或者顶穿的情况,再设置弹簧,打螺丝,垃圾钉等等。设计完了以后仔细检查,再通过注塑机进行校核参数是否符合,计算相关尺寸。最后可以导出二维图也可以看见模具结构相互之间是否有干涉,或者遗漏相关的配合块等等,等确定无误以后再在CAD二维图里面进行标数,整理好相关图档、资料。

At present, plastic products occupy a large proportion in our production and life.My plastic parts this time are also relatively common in our life.
 
When I got the plastic parts, I used 3D software UG to establish a model,began to analyze the plastic parts, check the wall thickness,and decided to use PC+ABS combined with the actual situation to meet the requirements of the plastic parts themselves. The actual requirements for the surface accuracy of plastic parts are general.
 
When drawing a three-dimensional diagram of the plastic parts,determine the plastic parts parting surface is the largest end face, so that more intuitive can be seen the gap between the opening and closing die. After the parting surface is determined, there will be a cavity layout.How to make the layout more economical and need to take into account the mechanical processing of the core cavity after the analysis of the layout for the layout of a cavity. Moreover, when designing the flow channel,the economic aspect should be considered as much as possible. The flow channel should not be too long and not leave too much waste.The most important is that the molding parts, namely the core and cavity,should be extra careful in the design,the data control needs to be very rigorous, and there is a good distance control, which is directly related to the quality and appearance of the plastic parts produced. The evenly distributed waterway is used to cool the product adequately.Then the jacking rod layout needs to be balanced,the jacking out products to ensure that the products have no top white or top through the situation, and then set up springs, screws, garbage nails and so on. After the design is carefully checked,and then through the injection molding machine to check whether the parameters conform to the calculation of the relevant size. Finally, you can export the two-dimensional diagram can also see whether there is interference between the mold structure, or the omission of relevant matching blocks, and so on, and so on,and then in the CAD two-dimensional diagram inside the number, sorting out the relevant map files, data..
