| 液压式轿车举升机结构设计
摘要：随着社会发展，汽车成了必不可少的交通工具，汽车的维修和保养也越来越多，在各种各样汽车维修厂和保养店中，举升机都是必不可少的维修机械，而其中液压式轿车举升机因其独特优势得到了广泛的应用。本课题以液压式轿车举升机设计作为主要研究课题，通过对有关举升机的国内外研究现状进行了解，对举升机主要类型及影响举升机性能的因素进行概括，设计了液压式轿车举升机的整体结构，对举升装置、平衡机构、立柱、支撑机构、保险机构进行了详细设计，并进行了液压式轿车举升机液压系统的设计，在此基础上对液压式轿车举升机进行了刚强度分析与校核，得知本课题设计的液压式轿车举升机符合设计要求，可以保证举升机安全平稳的工作。

Abstract: With the development of society,the car has become an essential means oftransportation,car repair and maintenance is also more and more, in a variety of car repair shop and maintenance shop, the lift is an essential maintenance machinery, and the hydraulic car lift because of its unique advantages has been widely used. This topic with hydraulic car lift design as the main research subject,based on the research status at home and abroad to understand about lifting machine, main types of lifting machine and the influence factors oflifting machine, to generalize the overall structure of the designed hydraulic car lift, the lifting device, balance mechanism, pillar, supporting institutions, insurance agencies for the detailed design, and the design of the hydraulic system of hydraulic car lift, on the basis of hydraulic car lifting machine for the strength analysis and check just now, that this topic design hydraulic car lift machine meet the design requirements, to ensure the safety of the lifting machine work smoothly.
