| 建筑施工企业财务风险成因及防范措施分析 ——以华东建筑集团为例 摘要 随着社会经济的快速发展，城市现代化脚步也逐渐加快，带动了许多产业发展，建筑行业成为热门行业之一，有许多人慕名加入这个行业当中，加剧了行业内竞争。在这样的行业大背景下，建筑企业应该怎样生存变成了一个引人深思的问题，所以,做好财务工作是建筑企业经营活动中的重中之重。通过对华建集团财务风险的研究,有助于华建集团全面的认识自身财务风险并积极应对。本文采用理论结合实际的方法，对华建集团财务风险成因及防范措施进行分析研究。第一部分阐述了财务风险的基本理论，分析可能面临的财务风险；第二部分以华东建筑集团为例，从四个财务指标着手，对华建集团的财务数据进行分析总结；第三部分从企业内外部识别财务风险；第四部分针对分析出的财务风险制定相应的防范措施；第五部分进行总结。 [关键词] 建筑企业；财务风险；风险防范 Analysis on the causes and preventive measures offinancial risks in construction enterprises -Take East China Construction Group Co Ltd as an example ABSTRACT With the rapid development of social economy,the pace of urban modernization has gradually accelerated, which has led to the development of many industries. The construction industry has become one of the hot industries.Many people join the industry in the industry, which aggravates the competition in the industry.Under such a background,how to survive in construction enterprises has become a thought-provoking problem. Therefore, financial work is the most important part of the construction enterprise business activities. Through the study of financial risk of Huajian group,it will help Huajian group to fully understand its own financial risk and actively respond to it.
