| 上市公司现金股利政策的影响因素分析 摘要 随着我国资本市场的不断发展，越来越多的公司成为了上市公司，向广大股东发放现金股利成为这些公司重要的一部分。由于现金股利的发放会直接影响公司的股票价格，如果现金股利政策制定不当会对企业未来发展造成影响，甚至会使公司陷入财务困境，乃至破产倒闭。但制定合理的现金股利政策并不是易事，它受到多种因素的影响，正因如此，上市公司现金股利政策的影响因素也一直是国内外学者研究的话题。本文针对这一问题，选取不同行业有代表性的两家公司进行分析研究，通过运用文献研究法、定性分析法以及案例分析等方法来对上市公司现金股利政策的影响因素进行分析，从而发现影响上市公司现金股利政策的内外部因素，并在此基础上提出优化上市公司现金股利政策的几点建议。 关键词：上市公司；现金股利政策；外部因素；内部因素 Analysis of influencing factors of cash dividend policy of listed companies Abstract With the continuous development of China's capital market, more and more companies have become listed companies. Because the distribution of cash dividend will directly affect the company's stock price,if the cash dividend policy is not formulated properly,it will affect the future development of the enterprise, and even make the company fall into financial difficulties, even bankruptcy. But it is not easy to make a reasonable cash dividend policy.It is affected by many factors.For this reason, the influencing factors of cash dividend policy oflisted companies have been the topic of domestic and foreign scholars. In view of this problem, this paper selects two representative companies in different industries for analysis and research, and analyzes the influencing factors of cash dividend policy of listed companies by usingthe methods of literature research, qualitative analysis and case analysis,so as to find out the internal and external factors that affect the cash dividend policy of listed companies, and on this basis, puts forward the optimization of cash dividend policy of listed companies Some suggestions on dividend policy.
