摘要：随着经济环境的变化，企业所面临的经营风险更加复杂和多样化，有些风险带来的可能是能影响企业可持续发展的强烈打击。为了能够有效的防治经营风险，企业应加强风险分析和事前控制，同时能做到监督实施和落实。本文结合羚锐制药的实际情况，在查阅相文献的基础上，利用三轮模型的理论对羚锐制药的经营风险进行分析和识别并提出一些管理上的建议。
