| 对历年陕西省苹果价格影响因素分析 [摘要]苹果一直都是我国重要的经济农作物之一，可口健康，是居民日常生活中非常常见也是非常重要的食品之一，虽说苹果是日常水果，但是苹果的价格也有很大的波动，很多外界的因素都会影响到苹果的市场价格。其实苹果的价格非常的不稳定以及特别敏感，这样的波动会直接影响到居民的购买欲望和果农种植商种植苹果的积极性。 陕西是我国主要的苹果产区之一，陕西昼夜温差大、海拔高、光照足，气候适宜苹果果树的生长，能使果树得到充足的光照资源。据国家统计局统计，陕西的苹果从2005年的只有500多万吨到2019年的1000多万吨，可谓是有了量的飞跃，当然，随着产量一起提升的，还有苹果的价格。本文就是运用因子分析法分析影响陕西苹果价格的主要因素，在文章的最后，我们根据因子分析的结果，对影响陕西省苹果价格的因素进行总结与分析，并为陕西省苹果的长期发展提出合理的建议。 [关键字] 因子分析；苹果价格；成本产量因子；消费指数因子 Analysis of factors affecting apple price in Shaanxi Province over the years [Abstract] Apple has always been one of the important economic crops in China. It is delicious and healthy. It is one of the most common and important foods in the daily life of residents. In fact, the price of apples is very unstable and sensitive, and such fluctuations will directly affect the desire of residents and the enthusiasm of fruit growers to plant apples. Shaanxi is one of the main apple producing areas in China. The large temperature difference between day and night, high altitude and sufficient illumination in Shaanxi make the climate suitable for the growth of apple and fruit trees, which can make the fruit trees get sufficient illumination resources. According to the statistics of the National Bureau of Statistics, apples in Shaanxi increased from only more than 5 million tons in 2005 to more than 10 million tons in 2019, which can be said to be a leap in quantity. Of course, along with the increase in production, there is also the price of apples. This paper is to use factor analysis method to analyze the main factors affecting the price of apples in Shaanxi. At the end of the article, we summarize and analyze the factors affecting apple prices in Shaanxi Province based on the results of factor analysis, and put forward reasonable suggestions for the long-term development of apples in Shaanxi Province.
