| 基于土建工程造价控制的研究 摘 要 随着我国经济的快速发展，我国的城镇化建设也在快速推进。这给建筑业的发展带来很大的机遇，但是建筑材料等各种成本也随着上涨。研究控制建筑工程在各个阶段的造价成本是有着积极的现实意义的。目前，我国的建筑行业对于项目各个阶段的控制做的还不够完善，更多的是控制施工阶段的土建造价成本，忽略了对于其他阶段的造价成本的控制,因此造成了很多经济损失。建筑企业要想在工程项目取得更好的经济利润，就要加强对于建筑工程的各个阶段的土建造价成本的控制，在各个阶段对于建筑工程土建造价进行控制是降低建筑成本，节约社会资源，提高企业利润的有效措施，本文将针对土建工程的全过程造价过程进行详细的研究，并针对各个阶段提供优化措施，进一步促进建筑企业的成本控制，促进建筑业的稳定和发展。 关键词：土建工程，造价控制，全过程造价，优化策略 Study on cost control of civil engineering Abstract With the rapid development of China's economy,the construction of urbanization in China is also rapidly advancing.
