摘 要
施工组织设计作为建筑工程项目的引导性文件，通过施工准备、施工方案等诸多因素充分考虑，根据图纸设计要求，确定业主的意图和详细的内在需求，设计出有针对性的，适合本工程施工的具体措施，引导工程顺利完成。通过工程量计算，确定施工材料用量和主要机具设备，减少施工过程中的不必要的损耗，是完成整体施工任务的经济技术性文件。
安阳市阳光嘉苑项目位于文化氛围浓厚的河南省安阳市，安阳是河南省地级市，古称相、殷、邺、邺城、邺都、邺郡、相州、彰德等，简称殷或邺，位于中国中北部、河南省最北部，地处河南、山西、河北三省交界处，东接濮阳，西临长治，南接鹤壁、新乡，北临邯郸。截至2019年，安阳市总面积7413平方公里，辖4个区、1个县级市、4个县，常住人口519.22万。阳光嘉苑项目将古城文化元素融入建筑造型，各方面的工作都将高标准、严要求的完成。

Construction organization design of residential building 1 of Yangguang Jiayuan project in Anyang City
Abstract
As the guiding document of the construction project,the construction organization design fully considers many factors such as construction preparation andconstruction scheme,determines the owner's intention and detailed internal needs according to the drawing design requirements, designs targeted and specific measures suitable for the construction of the project, and guides the smooth completion of the project. It is an economic and technical document to complete the overall construction task to determine the amount of construction materials and main machines and equipment through the calculation of engineering quantity, and reduce the unnecessary loss in the construction process.
Anyang Yangguang Jiayuan project is located in Anyang City, Henan Province, which has a strong cultural atmosphere. Anyang is a prefecture level city in Henan Province.It is called Xiang, Yin, ye, Yecheng, yedU, Yejun, Xiangzhou, Zhangde, etc.in ancient times.It is called Yin or ye for short.It is located in North Central China,the northernmost part of Henan Province, at the junction of Henan, Shanxi and Hebei provinces. It is adjacent to Puyang in the East, Changzhi in the west,Hebi and Xinxiang in the south, and Changzhi in the north Handan. By 2019, Anyang City has a total area of 7413 square kilometers,which governs four districts, one county-level city and four counties, with a permanent resident population of 5192200. Sunshine Jiayuan project integrates the cultural elements of the ancient city into the architectural modeling,and all aspects of the work will be completed with high standards and strict requirements.
