生鲜农产品供应商的选择与管理研究

内 容 摘 要


随着社会经济的发展进步,人们消费水平的提高,消费者在购买食品方面都追求健康、新鲜、多样、营养价值高,果蔬、水产品、畜牧肉类等生鲜农产品也随之进入了广大消费者的选择范围。但是生鲜农产品品类多,具有易腐坏、难保存、不易运输等特点,加之目前我国的冷链物流技术还处于有待完善的状态,如何满足消费者对生鲜农产品的需求成为供应商以及物流行业亟待解决的问题。
本文从生鲜农产品供应商选择与管理的角度出发,首先分析目前我国生鲜农产品供应市场的行业状况,目前生鲜农产品供应市场存在的一个突出问题就是生鲜农产品的供给与需求不匹配,市面上的生鲜农产品同质化严重,缺少高毛利的高端农产品,无法满足消费者的个性化需求。其次就是生鲜农产品仍处于发展阶段,没有形成规模化整合,生鲜农产品的供应商多而杂。供应商质量参差不齐,农产品品类繁多且易腐易坏,采购人员在开展工作的时候需要考虑与考察的因素极多,采购难度大。最后是生鲜农产品供应商选择与管理的体系还不够完善,很多企业没有建立起完备的绩效考核与激励的机制。
随着供应链的日益完善,很多企业为了实现自身利益最大化,都越来越重视供应商的合作与管理。选择供应商是采购中关键的一步,也是采购工作开展的起点,选择良好的供应商不仅可以保障企业生产活动的正常开展,还能为企业带来经济效益,良好的供应商选择与管理,是实现双方合作共赢以及保证企业利益的基础。对于生鲜农产品这类采购复杂的产品,企业如果可以与生鲜农产品供应商达成合作伙伴关系,将会节省企业大量的人力物力。
本文最后在对目前生鲜农产品供应商选择与管理问题进行分析后,提出了生鲜农产品供应商选择与管理的优化方案,优化采购流程、完善供应商评价与选择机制、加强对供应商的绩效考核测评。

Analysis On Supplier Selection And Management Of Fresh Agricultural Products

Abstract

With the development and progress of social economy and the improvement of people's consumption level, consumers are in pursuit of healthy, fresh, diverse and high nutritional value in food purchase. Fresh agricultural products such as fruits and vegetables, aquatic products,animal husbandry and meat have also entered the range of choice of consumers. However, there are many types of fresh agricultural products with the characteristics of perishable, difficult to preserve and difficult to transport. In addition, China's cold chain logistics technology is still in a state to beimproved, so how to meet the demand of consumers for fresh agricultural products has become an urgent problem for suppliers and the logistics industry.

This article from the perspective of supplier selection and management of fresh agricultural products,the first analysis of the current industry situation of fresh agricultural products supply market inour country, the current supply of fresh agricultural products market is a prominent problem is the fresh agricultural products supply and demand do not match,on the market of fresh agricultural product homogeneity serious, lack of high margin of high-end products, can meet the personalized needs of consumers. Secondly, fresh agricultural products are still in the development stage,there is no large-scale integration, fresh agricultural products suppliers and miscellaneous. The quality of suppliers is uneven,and the types of agricultural products are varied and perishable. Therefore, purchasing personnel need to consider and investigate many factors in carrying out their work, which makes it difficult to purchase. Finally, the system of supplier selection and management of fresh agricultural products is not perfect enough,and many enterprises have not established a complete performance appraisal and incentive mechanism. With the increasing perfection of supply chain,many enterprises pay more and more attention to the cooperation and management of suppliers in order to maximize their own interests. The selection of suppliers is a key step in procurement, and also the starting point of the procurement work. Choosing a good supplier can not only guarantee the normal development of the production activities of the enterprise, but also bring economic benefits to the enterprise. Good selection and management of suppliers is the basis for achieving win-wincooperation between the two sides and ensuring the interests of the enterprise.
