摘要：独立是人类成长必须经历的一个阶段。随着人们生活水平的提高，越来越多的家庭近乎都过上了小康生活，都会把孩子送进最好的幼儿园学习；同时，越来越多的家庭开始忽略了对孩子独立性的培养，导致孩子进入幼儿园后面对需要自己动手做的事情时，往往不知所措。学前儿童（3~5岁）是培养行为习惯的黄金时期，也是培养儿童独立性的重要时期。本文就影响学前儿童身心健康发展的一些因素，简要谈谈培养学前儿童独立性的重要性及方式方法。

Abstract: independence is a stage that human growth must go through.With the improvement of people's living standards,more and more families almost live a well-off life, and they will send their children to the best kindergartens. At the same time, more and more families begin to ignore the cultivation of their children's independence,which often leads to children who are in the back of the kindergarten and do not know what they need to do. What to do.Preschool children (3~5 years old) are the golden age to cultivate behavior habits, and also an important period to cultivate children's independence. In this paper, some factors that affect the physical and mental health development of preschool children are briefly discussed,and the importance and methods of training the independence of preschool children are briefly discussed.
