摘要：父亲和母亲在孩子成长过程中，特别是在幼年时期，是最重要的两个角色，幼儿的健康成长，离不开父母的共同呵护。教育也是一样，父亲和母亲担任的教育角色不同，各自有着不同的优势和意义。但如今生活经济压力大，很多父亲被迫在幼儿教育方面缺席，父性教育缺失，伴随这一状况而来的是幼儿成长教育问题的日益凸显。所以本文就此问题进行探讨，文章首先对于父性教育的内涵和理论进行概述；其次，本了解当前父性教育缺失的现状；再次，依据发展现状分析幼儿阶段父性教育中影响；最后给出相应的解决对策，从而使得孩子学前阶段的教育可以更加完善。

Absrtact: father and mother are the two most important roles in the process of their children's growth, especially in their infancy. The healthy growth of children can not be separated from the common care of parents.Education is the same,father and mother have different educational roles, each has its own advantages and significance. But now the economic pressure of life is great,many fathers are forced to be absent in early childhood education, and the paternal education is missing. With this situation, the problem of early childhood education becomes more and more prominent.Therefore, this paper discusses this issue, first of all,the article summarizes the connotation and theory of paternal education; secondly, this paper understands the current situation of the absence of paternal education. Thirdly, according to the current situation of development,the author analyzes the influence of the father education in the early childhood stage, and finally gives the corresponding solutions, so as to make the education of the child in the preschool stage more perfect.
