摘要:饮食是人类生存的必要条件，童年时期人们饮食行为的形成和发展影响着人的发展。健康的饮食行为对孩子的心理发展有好处，对孩子的心理健康也有好处。因此，儿童的饮食行为对身心的全面协调发展具有重要意义。本文通过问卷调查法，从家长、幼儿教师等多个方面综合考察铜仁市某幼儿园的大班幼儿饮食现状，发掘其中存在的问题，并根据相关理论，对大班幼儿自主进餐的影响因素和培养方法提出具有针对性的策略，促进大班幼儿饮食的健康发展。

Diet problems and Countermeasures of rural large class children: a case study of a kindergarten in Bijie City

Abstract:

Diet is a necessary condition for human survival.The formation and development of people's dietarybehavior in childhood affect people's development. Healthy eating behavior is good for children's psychological development and mental health.Therefore, children's eating behavior is of great significance to the comprehensive and coordinated development of body and mind. In this paper, through the questionnaire survey, from parents,kindergarten teachers and other aspects of a kindergarten in Bijie City, the status quo of rural large class children's diet,explore the existing problems,and according to the relevant theory, the influencing factors and training methods of large class children's autonomous eating put forward targeted strategies, to promote the healthy development of rural large class children's diet.
