STEM教育的现状调查研究——以苏州幼儿园为例 摘要 具有学科融合性质的STEM教育是当下培养创新型人才的一种重要教育模式。STEM教育低龄化是一种趋势,已有研究证据也表明,幼儿园实施STEM教育是可行的。本研究以苏州地区的幼儿园教师为调查对象,对幼儿教师STEM教育的认知、态度与行动以及教育实践三个维度进行了调查,运用SPSS20.0软件对数据进行统计处理。描述性统计及方差分析结果发现: (1)苏州地区幼儿教师总体上对STEM教育认识程度不高,但对未来实施STEM教育充满期待。 (2)苏州地区幼儿教师认为STEM教育的模式非常有助于幼儿全面发展,在推行态度以及行动支持上都持支持态度。 (3)苏州地区幼儿教师认为在推行STEM教育实践上,应加强师资队伍素质提升,在教案、教育师资培养上作出提升。 进一步对幼儿STEM教育中存在的问题与困境进行深入分析发现,通过精准定位教育目标、丰富教学内容、减少教师干预等方式,能不断完善符合苏州地区幼儿园的STEM教育模式。 关键词:幼儿园;STEM教育;调查研究
Abstract STEM education with the nature of discipline integration is an important educational means to cultivate innovative talents. It is a trend for children to receive STEM education at a younger age. The earlier children receive STEM education, the more conducive to their own development. It is feasible for kindergartens to implement STEM education. Based on the current situation of STEM education in kindergartens, starting from the concept and objective positioning of STEM education, this paper takes kindergarten teachers in Suzhou as the objects of investigation, and conducts an investigation on the cognition, attitude and action of preschool teachers on STEM education, as well as their educational practice. SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical processing of the data, and descriptive statistics, variance analysis, correlation analysis were carried out. The results: (1) Preschool teachers generally do not have a high understanding of STEM education, but they are full of expectations for the implementation of STEM education in the future. (2) The preschool teachers in Suzhou believe that the model of STEM education is very helpful to the all-round development of children, and they hold a supportive attitude towards implementation and action support. (3) The preschool teachers in Suzhou believe that in carrying out STEM education practice, the quality of the teaching staff should be enhanced, and the teaching plan and teacher training should be improved. After further in-depth analysis of the problems and dilemmas existing in early childhood STEM education, the author hopes to continuously improve the STEM education model in Suzhou kindergartens through precise positioning of educational objectives, enriching teaching content, reducing teacher intervention and other ways.
