| 海绵城市理念在住宅小区中的应用 摘要 海绵城市理念应用对城市环境改善有着重要的指导作用，海绵城市理念在住宅小区建设中提升居住环境比较明显。全国各个城市相继启动了海绵城市建设在住宅小区项目中应用，但是各个城市和地区的自然条件不同，海绵城市建设目标和要求不同，项目实施进度和技术水平参差不齐。本文结合某小区海绵城市建设实例，希望能够在住宅小区海绵设施建设中有指导作用。 The application of sponge city concept in residential district Abstract：The application of the concept of sponge city plays animportant guiding role in the improvement of urban environment. The concept of sponge city can obviously improve the living environment in the construction of residential areas.Various cities across the country have started the application of sponge city construction in residential district projects,but different cities and regions have different natural conditions, different objectives and requirements for sponge city construction, and uneven project implementation progress and technical level.Based on the example of sponge city construction in a residential community,this paper hopes to play a guiding role in the construction of sponge facilities in residential communities.
