| 目的论视角下《2020年政府工作报告》翻译策略研究 摘要： 随着近年来我国在经济、文化等各个领域的综合国力和国际地位的进一步提升,中国政府每年公开出台的《政府工作报告》的影响力也逐年加剧,成为国内外关于了解中国国情的重要学术研究依据。本文运用目的论的三大原则，即目的性原则、连贯性原则和忠实性原则，对《政府工作报告》中英译现象进行实例分析。研究发现，翻译《政府工作报告》应结合各国文化差异，在坚持目的论三原则的基础上充分发挥译者主观能动性,使用增译法、减译法、解释性翻译等翻译策略。 关键词： A Study on the English Translation Strategy of 2020 Report on the Work of the Government from the Perspective of Skopos Theory Abstract: With the further improvement of China's comprehensive national strength and international status in economic, cultural and other fields in recent years,the influence of the Government Work Report publishedannually by the Chinese government has been increasing year by year, which has become an important academic research basis for understanding China's national conditions at home and abroad. This paper applies the three principles of Skopos theory, i.e., Skopos principle, coherence principle and fidelity principle, to analyze the Chinese-English translation of the GWR. It is found that the translation of the GWR should take into account the cultural differences of different countries, give full play to the subjective initiative of the translator on the basis of the three principles of Skopos Theory,and adopt translation strategies such as addition translation, subtraction translation and explanatory translation.
