| 小儿经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管（PICC）堵管的原因分析及护理对策研究进展 【提要】本文对小儿患者经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管（Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter，PICC）操作及护理过程中小儿的血管、置管导管、护理人员置管操作及封管技术、输液种类及速度、血栓形成等诸多堵管原因进行分析，并整理出相应的包括穿刺注意对患儿的评估、选择正确的穿刺血管与置管导管、建立系统的PICC置管管理体制、采用正确的护理方法和加强对患儿家长的健康教育等在内的预防及护理对策，以期有效降低堵管的发生率，延长导管留置时间，减少穿刺次数及穿刺对患儿产生的痛苦，最终促进患者早日康复。 【关键词】 小儿 PICC 堵管原因 护理对策 The cause analysis and nursing countermeasure research progress of PICC catheter in children. 【Abstract】In this paper, the pediatric patients with peripheral venipuncture center venipuncture (Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter,PICC) in the process of operation and nursing of pediatric nursing catheters, blood vessels, operating personnel and seal tube technology, types of infusion, and speed, thrombosis, and many other analyzes reasons for tube wall, And sort out the corresponding including puncture pay attention to the patient's evaluation, choose the right puncture blood vessels and catheter PICC catheter, establishing the system of nursing management system, adopt the correct methods and to strengthen the health education of parents, such as the prevention and nursing countermeasures, in order to effectively reduce the incidence of blocking pipe, extend the catheter indwelling time, reduce the number of puncture and biopsy in children with pain, finally promote the patient recover soon. 【Key words】children PICC plugging reason nursing countermeasures |
