| 新冠疫情下基于"移动数据采集+云服务"的造口全程化健康管理平台构建研究 摘要: [目的]探讨新冠疫情下基于"移动数据采集+云服务"的造口全程化健康管理的应用效果。[方法]选取2020年1月30日-2020年2月15日在我院利用"移动数据采集+云服务"进行造口健康管理的90例患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分成观察组（n＝44）和对照组（n＝46），对照组利用电话对患者进行造口护理指导，观察组给予"移动数据采集+云服务"的造口全程化健康管理。[结果]比较两组造口患者的SAS评分、造口及周围皮肤常见的并发症的发生率、对医疗护理工作的满意度，观察组和对照组存在差异（P＜0.05）。[结论] 在疫情下采用"移动数据采集+云服务"的造口全程化健康管理可有效降低患者造口及周围皮肤常见的并发症的发生率，减少患者焦虑情绪，提升造口患者对医疗护理工作的满意度。 关键词: 新型冠状病毒肺炎；移动数据；云服务；造口护理 [Abstract] Objective：To explore the application effect of "mobile data collection + cloud service" in the whole process health management of stoma under the new crown epidemic situation.Methods：From January 30, 2020 to February 15, 2020, 90 cases of stoma health management using "mobile data collection + cloud service" in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group (n = 44) and control group (n = 46). The control group used telephone to guide patients with stoma care, and the observation group was given "mobile data collection + cloud service" full-time health of stoma Administration.Results：The SAS score, the incidence of common complications of stoma and surrounding skin, and the satisfaction of medical care were compared between the two groups (P < 0.05)Conclusion:The whole process health management of stoma with "mobile data collection + cloud service" can effectively reduce the incidence of common complications of stoma and surrounding skin, reduce the anxiety of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients with stoma to medical care.
