| 中医药治疗三阴乳腺癌的现状 摘 要 目前乳腺癌已取代肺癌成为全球发病率最高的癌症，三阴乳腺癌作为一类高危乳腺癌，近年来中医药在其综合治疗中发挥了独特作用并有重要地位。此综述回顾总结了中医对三阴乳腺癌病因病机的认识、证型与治疗经验。介绍了三阴乳腺癌不同辨证分型的中医药实际临床应用及疗效，中医药干预三阴乳腺癌的基础研究，进一步证实中医药治疗对于三阴乳腺癌有着独特优势，辨证论治遣药组方可以扶正抑瘤。部分名老中医的治疗经验将中医辨证论治与疾病分期相结合，达到中西医结合优势互补的作用，体现“以人为本”的个体化治疗策略，希望对三阴性乳腺癌的中医临床治疗提供参考。 关键词：中医药，三阴乳腺癌，辨证论治 Abstract At present, breast cancer has replaced lung cancer as the highest incidence rate cancer in the world. Triple Negative Breast Cancer is a kind of high-risk breast cancer.In recent years, Traditional Chinese Medicine has played a uniquerole and has an important position in its comprehensive treatment. This review summarizes the Traditional Chinese Medicine understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome types and treatment experience of Sanyin breast cancer. This paper introduces the practical clinical application and curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in different syndrome differentiation types of triple negative breast cancer,and the basic research of Traditional Chinese Medicine intervention in triple negative breast cancer. It further proves that Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment has unique advantages for triple negative breast cancer,and the prescription based on syndrome differentiation and treatment can strengthen the body and inhibit tumor. The combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine in the treatmentof breast cancer will provide a reference for the treatment of breast cancer.
