摘 要：基层民警作为公安队伍的中坚力量，在日常的执法活动中的任何举动皆影响着警民关系与执法权威。警察的职能赋予了基层民警各种权力，同样也代表着基层民警需要时刻面对高风险的执法环境。随着我国法治进程发展，警情也趋于复杂化，在民警执法中出现“袭警”“辱警”“不服警”情况频发，基层民警执法权威受到侵害。因此，分析基层民警执法权威为何弱化，通过执法权威弱化的原因提出具有针对性与可行性的对策是公安机关需要完善的内容。

Analysis of the Reasons and Countermeasures for the Weakening of Law Enforcement Authority of the Police

Abstract：As the backbone of the public security team, the grassroots policemen, any actions in their daily law enforcement activities affect the relationship between the police and the people and the authority of law enforcement. The functions of the police give the grass-roots police a variety of powers, and it also represents the need for the grass-roots police to face a high-risk law enforcement environment at all times. With the development of the rule of law in our country, the police situation has also become more complicated. In the police law enforcement, there have been frequent cases of "attacking the police", "humiliating the police" and "disobeying the police", and the law enforcement authority of the grassroots policemen has been violated. Therefore, analyzing why the law enforcement authority of the grassroots police has weakened, and proposing targeted and feasible countermeasures through the weakening of law enforcement authority is the content that the public security organs need to improve.
