摘 要

近年来，随着互联网技术的发展和大众群体互联网理念的转变，网络直播行业发展迅速，然而，网络直播在发展的同时还存着一些问题，一些网络直播行为使得大众的合法权益受到侵害，本文分析了网络直播行为带来的民事责任、刑事责任和行政责任等方面的风险，从法律规制的视角分析了这些风险产生的原因，提出了完善网络直播行为法律规制的有效途径。

On the Legal Regulation of Network Live Broadcasting

Abstract

In recent years, with the development of Internet technology and the concept of the public Internet, the network broadcast industry developing rapidly, however, live webcast with some problems in development at the same time, some of the live webcast behavior makes the public’s legitimate rights and interests are violated, this paper analyzes the webcast behavior of civil liability and criminal liability and administrative liability risk. This paper analyzes the causes of these risks from the perspective of legal regulation and puts forward effective ways to improve the legal regulation of online live broadcasting.
