海尔智家公司核心竞争力的培养机制分析

摘 要


根据《2020-2026年中国白电行业市场消费调查及投资方向研究报告》的数据来看,现时,中国大陆是世界最大的白色家电产销基地,占全球白电产能的60-70%,其中空调占全球产能的83.9%,冰箱和洗衣机占50%左右。足以说明,中国已经是世界白色家电生产大国。那么,中国能不能算全球白色家电行业的研发,生产强国呢?中国,可以说是名副其实的世界白色家电研产强国。从三大白电来看,中国有“让世界爱上中国造”的格力空调,其自主研发的压缩机,自主研发的模具等等,都使得格力拥有与日本大金,三菱等世界级空调供应商相媲美的竞争力;中国还有多年蝉联全球大型家用电器品牌零售量的海尔之家,除此之外,海尔智家是欧洲人民最为喜爱的中国品牌,还是中国白电行业内唯一两次站上国家科技最高领奖台的企业;中国还有一家世界上最高市值的白色家电企业,美的集团;不仅如此,中国还有着世界上最完善的白电产业链……一个个鲜活而又富有说服力的例子恰恰是中国作为世界白色家电研产强国的有力印证。

作为一个来自世界白电研产强国的,在海外市场知名度最高的白电品牌,在国内多年来作为白电三巨头之一的海尔智家,它的核心竞争力究竟在哪?

本文将首先分析国内外白色家电行业发展现状和趋势以及海尔智家公司发展的历史与现状;通过与其他同行对比说明海尔智家公司展存在的问题,也对其优势进行了分析;综合起来评估海尔智家公司的核心竞争力。在此基础上,提出海尔智家公司在日后发展提高核心竞争力的目标路径和对策。

Abstract

According to the 《"2020-2026 China White Power Industry Market Consumption Survey and Investment Direction Research》 Report" data, at present,the Chinese mainland is the world's largest white goods production base, accounting for about 60-70% of the global white power capacity, of which air conditioners account for 83.9% of the global capacity, refrigerators and washing machines account for about 50%.Enough to explain, China has been the world white home appliances production big country.So, can China be a global white goods industry research and development, production power?I think, China, can be said to be worthy of the name of the world white home appliances research and production power. From the perspective of Sanadaku,China has Gree Air Conditioning, which "makes the world fall in love with China". Its self-developed compressors and molds make Gree competitive with Japan Daikin and Mitsubishi and other world-class air conditioning suppliers. In addition, Haier is the most popular Chinese brand in Europe.It is also the only enterprise that has twice stood on the national top prize of science and technology in China's white electricity industry. China also has one of the world's most valuable white goods companies, Midea Group;Not only that, China also has the world's most complete white electricity industry chain...A fresh and persuasive example is precisely China as the world white home appliances research and production of powerful proof.

As a white electricity research and production power from the world,in the overseas market the most well-known white electricity brand,in the domestic years as one of the white electricity three giants, where is the core competitiveness of Haier?

This paper will first analyze the development status and trend of domestic andforeign white goods industry and the history and current situation of the development of Haier Company; By comparing with other peers,the paper explains the problems existing in the exhibition of Haier Company and analyzes its advantages. The core competitiveness that evaluates haier Zhi home company synthetically rises.On this basis, it puts forward the target path and countermeasures of improving the core competitiveness in the future development of Haier Company.
