摘 要

民航安检服务质量与安检保障民航安全兼容性的研究近年来，随着人们的生活水平不断提高服务经济的出现，旅客对民航服务的要求越来越高，民航安检过程中出现的些问题成为旅客投诉的焦点之 一， 安检到底是否需要服务是一个难点， 有的人认为安检是执法的，不需要服务，有的认为安检中有服务。

我认为服务在安检中是必须的。服务是民航安检部门的一项重要职能，随着民航运输业的蓬勃发展，正发挥着愈来愈举足轻重的作用。民航安检服务质量的提高应通过内在机制的完善、工作者自身主观能动性的发挥等途径来完成，对于任何服务而言，服务者与服务环境始终是主导因素，安检服务质量的提高应从员工素质的整体提升，服务设施设备的完善，服务机制的创新等方面考虑，服务理念更是重中之重，只有充分改造主观世界，解决认识层面的问题，才能寻求到有效的发展途径。

Abstract

Research on the Compatibility of Civil Aviation Security Inspection Service Qualityand Security Inspection to Ensure Civil Aviation Security In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the emergence of service economy, passengers have higher and higher requirements for civil aviation services. Some problems in the process of civil aviation security inspection have become one of the focuses of passengers' complaints. Whether security inspection needs services is a difficult point.Some people think that security inspection is law enforcement and does not need services, while others think that there are services in security inspection.

I think service is necessary in security check.Service is an important function of civil aviation security inspection department.With the vigorous development of civil aviation transportation industry, it is playing an increasingly important role. The improvement of civil aviation security inspection service quality should be accomplished through the improvement of internal mechanism and the exertion of workers' subjective initiative. For any service, the service provider and service environment are always the leading factors.The improvement of security inspection service quality should be considered from the aspects of overall improvement of staff quality,improvement of service facilities and equipment, innovation of service mechanism, etc. The service concept is the most important one.Only by fully transforming the subjective world and solving the problemsat the cognitive level can we find an effective development way.
