| 我国商业银行不良资产的形成与处置
【摘要】对于不良资产的处置是一个全球范围内存在的普遍性问题，不良资产的处置对于整个社会的经济发展都有着重要影响，美国作为一个资本市场较为成熟的国家在这方面的处置措施如政府支持、法律保障等都值得我们借鉴，在这里我就不良资产形成与处置进行了分析，讨论了我国目前的不良资产发展情况以及存在的问题、应当采取的一些措施。

Abstract：The disposal of non-performing assets is a universal problem in the world.The disposal of non-performing assets has an importantimpact on the economic development of the whole society. As a country with mature capital market,the disposal measures of the United States in this regard, such as government support and legal protection, are worthy of our reference. Here I analyze the formation and disposal of non-performing assets Thispaper discusses the current development of non-performing assets in China, the existing problems and some measures that should be taken.
