| PLC传送带控制系统
摘 要
传送带是一种广泛用于工业生产的传送机械设备。自动化技术的更新换代无疑将提高工业生产的高效率和安全系数，并将大大节省人力资源管理。由于其巨大的现实意义，输送带的更新和改造是全方位的，本文的重点将详细介绍：基于PLC的输送带多速率自动控制系统的设计。系统软件的设计包括硬件设计和手机软件设计。硬件设计包括PLC，软启动器和异步电动机的外部电源电路的设计和安装；手机软件的一部分包括程序流程的设计和调整。

Abstract
Conveyor belt is a kind of mechanical equipment widely used in industrial production.The upgrading of automation technology will undoubtedly improve the efficiency andsafety factor of industrial production, and greatly save human resource management. Because of its great practical significance,the renewal and transformation of the conveyor belt is omni-directional, the focus of this paper will be introduced in detail: the design of the conveyor belt multi speed automatic control system based on PLC. The design of system software includes hardware design and mobile phone software design.Hardware design includes the design and installation of PLC,soft starter and external power circuit of asynchronous motor; part of mobile phone software includes the design and adjustment of program flow.
