质量管理工具在集成电路中的应用



摘 要
 
现今市场经济发达,努力提高客户满意度,提高市占率是企业的终极目标。面对严峻的市场竞争,只有不断提升质量管理体系,升级产品和服务,才能在市场中生存下来。
 
本文的研究对象—上海HH公司是国内第一条、设备最完善、技术最先进的第4.5代低温多晶硅(LTPS)AMOLED量产线,率先在AMOLED量产工艺技术领域取得突破,赶超国际前沿技术。由于公司所处的AMOLED显示屏行业竞争激烈,产品质量出现问题,不但会导致客户退货、检修和生产线排查,增加内部、外部损失成本,对公司信誉的影响极大,如何做好质量管理也成为公司的头等大事。
 
为分析公司的质量问题、改进其质量管理水平,本文通过调研,选取了有代表性的质量事故——产品质量事故。运用鱼骨图法等质量管理工具分别进行分析,得出多方面的质量事故成因。基于质量管理理论与文献,本文设计了产品质量事故的解决方案,从四个方面制定了针对性的改善措施,形成了对公司产品的质量改善方案。
 
通过实施本文提出的改善措施,HH公司在人员、材料、操作流程与方法、管理四个方面得到了提升,公司产品的质量问题得到了显著改善。本文所设计的产品质量事故解决方案, 有助于HH公司改善质量活动,从而提升公司业绩,对同业企业改善质量管理也有一定的参考意义。

Nowadays, the market economy is developed.It is the ultimate goal of enterprises to strive to improve customer satisfaction and increase market share. In the face of severe market competition,only by continuously improving the quality management system and upgrading products and services can we survive in the market.
 
The research object of this article—Shanghai HH is the first domestic 4.5th generation low-temperature polysilicon (LTPS) AMOLED mass productionline with the most complete equipment and the most advanced technology. It is the first to make breakthroughs in AMOLED mass production process technology and surpass the international frontier. technology.Due to the fierce competition in the AMOLED display industry in which thecompany is located, product quality problems will not only lead to customerreturns, maintenance and production line inspections,increase internal and external loss costs, and have a great impact on the company’s reputation. How to do well in quality management also becomes The company's top priority.
 
In order to analyze the company's quality problems and improve its quality management level,this paper selects representative quality accidents-product quality accidents through investigations. Use the fishbone diagram method and other quality management tools toanalyze separately, and obtain the causes of various quality accidents. Based on quality management theory and literature,this article designs a solution to product qualityaccidents, formulates targeted improvement measures from four aspects, and forms a quality improvement plan for the company's products.
 
Through the implementation of the improvement measures proposed in this article,HH company has been improved in terms of personnel, materials,operating procedures and methods, and management, and the quality of the company's products has been significantly improved. The product quality accident solution designed in this article will help HH Company toimprove its quality activities, thereby enhancing company performance,and has certain reference significance for the improvement of quality management of peer companies.
