机器人焊接效率优化研究

摘要:
机器人焊接在制造业上有着广泛的应用,近年来需要焊接的方面越来越多,焊接在各个行业也越来越重要,机器人焊接的焊接质量高,相比人工焊接,机器人焊接十分稳定。焊接机器人的需求越来越大,所以提高焊接机器人的效率刻不容缓。

本课题就是研制提高焊接机器人的效率,采用KUKA机器人对Q235B钢进行焊接对比试验。分析焊接电流和机器程序多寡对焊接效率的影响,在第一次焊接焊接电流120A,第二次焊接电流130A,第二次焊接比第一次焊接的时间少13.84秒,第一次比第三次焊接机器程序多,第三次焊接时间比第一次焊接多9.02秒,结果显示在额定电流内焊接电流越高焊接效率越好,程序越少焊接效率越快。

Abstract: Robot welding is widely used in manufacturing industry.In recent years, there are more and more welding aspects.Welding is becoming more and more important in various industries.Robot welding has high welding quality.Compared with manual welding, robot welding is very stable.The demand of welding robots is increasing,so it is urgent to improve the efficiency of welding robots.

This topic is to develop and improve the efficiency of welding robot,and adopt KUKA robot to carry out welding contrast test on Q235B steel. The influence of welding current and machine program on welding efficiency is analyzed.When the first welding current is 120A and the secondwelding current is 130A, the second welding time is 13.84 seconds shorter than the first welding time,the first welding machine program is more than the third welding time, and the third welding time is 9.02 seconds more than the first welding time.The results show that the higher the welding current is withinthe rated current, the better the welding efficiency is.
