企业知识型员工激励存在的问题及改进措施分析


摘要:从全球环境来看,世界各国在经济与金融发展方面正面临着众多的问题与严峻的挑战,我国经济的发展也不例外,在历经多年的增速之后也表现出了下滑之势。基于竞争愈演愈烈的国际环境,国内各大企业需对其发展战略进行全面考虑,在人才培养策略方面进行合理配置。完善劳资关系,凭借科学的激励机制来增强劳动生产率。一个良好的机制往往属于最佳手段,所以在人力资源管理当中,企业职工激励策略的落实及其优化所具有的地位已引起了人们的广泛关注。现代企业快速发展中,低水平的员工激励已经不能得到满足,因此如何合理设计和优化员工激励机制,为企业带来合理的文化价值观,留住老员工,让职工长期保持较高的工作积极性,提高企业战斗力,已逐渐演变成企业的一大发展难题。该文着重介绍了有关知识型员工激励的理论,给后面的论述做好理论铺垫,然后找出了知识型员工激励当中所具有的各种问题,并根据自身所学对有关问题给出了一定的处理意见。

ABSTRACT:Looking around the world environment,the economic development of countries around the world is facing increasingly severe situations, and the development speed is gradually slowing down. After years of rapid growth,the speed of my country's economic development has also begun to show declining performance. Faced with such a fierce international environment,Chinese enterprises should deeply consider their corporate development strategies, and effectively and reasonably configure corporate talent training strategies. An effective incentive mechanism is an effective means and method to improve labor-management relations and increase labor productivity. Therefore, the optimization and implementation of employee incentive mechanisms are more and more highly valued in human resource management. At present, in modern enterprise management,low-level employee incentives can no longermeet the requirements of the rapid development of modern enterprises,so how to design and optimize employee incentive mechanisms, create a good corporate culture, attract and retain employees, and maintain high-level work performance of employees Enhancement of corporate cohesion and combat effectiveness has become a major problem faced by modern enterprises. This article expounds the relevant theories of knowledge-based employee motivation,provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent analysis,then focuses on the analysis and research of the currentcommon problems of knowledge-based employee motivation, and finally puts forward suggestions for improvement based on the problems and their own learning.
