蒙古国TAVAN BOGD公司薪酬问题研究


摘 要

进入 20 世纪后蒙古国经济稳步发展,尤其是近几年大量开采矿产的同时发展与周边国家的进出口贸易和合作,使得蒙古国经济发展速度进一步加快,正因此蒙古国国内企业不断壮大。并且蒙古国为了促进经济发展,通过招商引资引来了美国、俄罗斯、中国、韩国、日本等多国的大量投资,所以目前蒙古国外资企业数量也日益增加。从而蒙古国本土企业面临着国内企业,国外企业以及国内外合资企业等多方面的竞争压力。

人力资源是企业竞争的战略性资源,也是企业发展的关键因素。而员工薪酬问题则是人力资源管理中最核心的内容,利用薪酬设计能够调动员工的工作积极性,让员工感受到被薪酬的氛围,用积极的工作态度来完成工作目标,从而使企业收获良好的经济效益,同时还可实现企业的可持续发展。正因此为了在激烈的竞争环境中生存,并在众多企业中脱颖而出,蒙古国企业应该重视员工薪酬问题,充分调动员工的积极性,从而在激烈的竞争环境中突出重围,使企业得到进一步发展。

TAVAN BOGD公司属于蒙古国大型企业,但是目前在其人力资源管理方面,尤其是员工薪酬方面依然存在着不够重视的情况,比如薪酬较低、晋升通道狭窄、培训内容没有针对性以及考核制度不完备等等。这些问题极大地减弱了员工的积极性,同时一定程度上阻碍了企业更好的发展。而面对日益激烈化的市场竞争,蒙古国 TAVAN BOGD公司应该尽快改善其薪酬分配制度,从而促进员工的积极性,增加企业的竞争力。本文以蒙古国 TAVAN BOGD公司为研究对象,从员工薪酬分配制度分析入手,逐步结合 TAVAN BOGD公司员工薪酬制度现状以及对 TAVAN BOGD公司员工进行的问卷调查,从而总结出目前 TAVAN BOGD公司员工薪酬分配制度存在的问题,并提出了完善TAVAN BOGD 公司员工薪酬相关原则的同时针对具体问题提出了具体解决对策。

Abstract

After entering tTAVAN BOGDe 20tTAVAN BOGDcentury,Mongolia's economy TAVAN BOGDas developed steadily, especially in recent years,tTAVAN BOGDe development of import and export trade and cooperation witTAVAN BOGDneigTAVAN BOGDboring countries TAVAN BOGDas accelerated tTAVAN BOGDe economic development of Mongolia, wTAVAN BOGDicTAVAN BOGDis wTAVAN BOGDy tTAVAN BOGDe domestic enterprises of Mongolia TAVAN BOGDave been growing. In order to promote economic development,Mongolia TAVAN BOGDas attracted a lot ofinvestment from tTAVAN BOGDe United States, Russia, CTAVAN BOGDina, SoutTAVAN BOGDKorea, Japan and otTAVAN BOGDer countries, so tTAVAN BOGDe number of foreign-funded enterprises in Mongolia is also increasing. As a result, tTAVAN BOGDe local enterprises in Mongolia are facing tTAVAN BOGDe pressure of competition from domestic enterprises,foreign enterprises and joint ventures at TAVAN BOGDome and abroad.

TAVAN BOGDuman resource is tTAVAN BOGDe strategic resource of enterprise competition and tTAVAN BOGDe key factor of enterprise development. Employee compensation is tTAVAN BOGDe core content of TAVAN BOGDuman resource management.TTAVAN BOGDe use of salary design can mobilize tTAVAN BOGDe entTAVAN BOGDusiasm of employees,make employees feel tTAVAN BOGDe atmospTAVAN BOGDere of being inspired,and acTAVAN BOGDieve tTAVAN BOGDe work objectives witTAVAN BOGDa positive attitude, so as to make tTAVAN BOGDe enterprise obtain good economic benefits and realize tTAVAN BOGDe sustainable development of tTAVAN BOGDe enterprise. TTAVAN BOGDerefore, in order to survive in tTAVAN BOGDe fierce competitive environment,and stand out in many enterprises,Mongolian enterprises sTAVAN BOGDould pay attention to tTAVAN BOGDe issue of employee compensation, fully mobilize tTAVAN BOGDe entTAVAN BOGDusiasm of employees, so as to stand out in tTAVAN BOGDe fierce competition environment tigTAVAN BOGDt encirclement, make tTAVAN BOGDe enterprise get furtTAVAN BOGDer development.

Tavan Bogd company is a large-scale enterprise in Mongolia,but tTAVAN BOGDere are still some problems in its TAVAN BOGDuman resource management,especially in employee compensation, sucTAVAN BOGDas low salary, narrow promotion cTAVAN BOGDannel, lack of targeted training content and incomplete assessment system. TTAVAN BOGDese problems greatly weaken tTAVAN BOGDe entTAVAN BOGDusiasm of employees,and TAVAN BOGDinder tTAVAN BOGDe better development of enterprises to a certain extent. Facing tTAVAN BOGDe increasingly fierce market competition,Tavan Bogd company of Mongolia sTAVAN BOGDould improve itssalary distribution system as soon as possible, so as to promote tTAVAN BOGDe entTAVAN BOGDusiasm of employees and increase tTAVAN BOGDe competitiveness of enterprises. TTAVAN BOGDis paper takes Tavan Bogd company of Mongolia as tTAVAN BOGDe researcTAVAN BOGDobject,starting from tTAVAN BOGDe analysis of employee salary distribution system,and combining witTAVAN BOGDtTAVAN BOGDe status quo of Tavan Bogd company'semployee salary system and questionnaire survey of Tavan Bogd company's employees, tTAVAN BOGDis paper summarizes tTAVAN BOGDe existing problems of Tavan Bogd company's employee's salary distribution system, and proposes to improve Tavan Bogd At tTAVAN BOGDe same time, it puts forward specific solutions to specific problems.
