石墨烯增强聚醚醚酮复合材料的制备及其非等温结晶动力学研究

摘要本文制备了不同含量的石墨烯纳米片 (GE) 增强聚醚醚酮 (PEEK) 复合材料,利用差式扫描量热仪 (DSC) 探究了在非等温条件下PEEK/GE的结晶动力学行为。实验结果表明石墨烯的加入,复合材料的结晶度降低,说明石墨烯主要表现阻碍聚合物分子链运动的作用。随着石墨烯含量的增加,峰值温度 (Tp) 和成核活性逐渐提高,说明基体中的石墨烯逐渐促进PEEK结晶。此外,采用Mo法可以很好的描述GE/PEEK 纳米复合材料的非等温结晶过程。
AbstractThe research on non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of Poly (ether ether ketone) (PEEK) nanocomposites with addition of graphene was executed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). It was found that the absolute crystallinity of PEEK/GE composites decreased with the graphene content increasing, indicating the restricted effect of the graphene on the mobility of PEEK molecular chains. With the increase of graphene content, the peak temperature (Tp) and nucleation activity gradually increased, and the activation energy decreased, indicating that the graphene in the matrix gradually promoted the crystallization of PEEK. Moreover, The Mo equation was proved to be the reasonable model to depict the crystallization behavior of the graphene/PEEK nanocomposites under non-isothermal condition.
