| PLC的玻璃生产流水线
摘要
本文是基于某企业夹层玻璃自动生产线的PLC控制。现阶段，夹层玻璃生产线的电气设备经过多年的发展，控制系统变得越来越完善。从传统的单一控制回路到整个过程控制仪表盘，计时器，继电器逻辑它可以连接到工业计算机和PLC控制。
本系统采用PLC融合直流变频调速系统进行主要参数的测量和输出，例如温度和进纸辊的运行速度，系统运行的顺序控制，长期运行的条件，警报指示正在等待日常任务。在夹层玻璃生产中，选择了直流变频调速的方法，取得了明显的节电实用效果，并且具有很高的变速精度。调速，调速范围广，声音维护功能；PLC编程的选择不仅可以改善现场的控制数据信号精度高，程序流程可在现场更改，维护方便。选择模块化设计结构以使其稳定性高于继电器控制和体积较小，可以将数据信息立即发送到管理方法计算机，并且成本可以与继电器控制市场竞争。应用程序配置，客户可以轻松地将必要的“数据收集系统”集成到其结构中，完成实时的数据监督和管理方法，并确保在整个范围内，认证信息的流畅性对于智能制造的集成是必需的。

Abstract
Based on the PLC control of laminated glass automatic production line.At present, the electrical equipment of laminated glass production line has become more and more perfect after years of development. From the traditional single control loop to the whole process control dashboard,timer, relay logic it can be connected to industrial computers and PLC control.
A PLC fusion DC frequency conversion speed regulation system is used to measure and output the main parameters,such as temperature and the running speed of the paper roller, the sequence control of the system operation, the condition of long-term operation, and the alarm indication is waiting for daily tasks. In the production of laminated glass,the method of DC frequency conversion speed regulation is selected, which has obvious practical effect of saving electricity and has high speed change accuracy. Speed regulation, wide range of speed regulation,sound maintenance function;the choice of PLC programming can not only improve the field control data signal accuracy, program flow can be changed in the field, easy to maintain. Selecting modular design structure to make it more stable than relay control and smaller volume can send data information to management methodcomputer immediately and the cost can compete with relay control market. Application configuration, customers can easily integrate the necessary "data collection system" into its structure,complete real-time data monitoringand management methods, and ensure that throughout the scope, The fluency of authentication information is necessary for the integration of intelligent manufacturing.
