硫辛酸对铜胁迫青虾肝胰腺及血清转氨酶活力的影响


摘 要
 
硫辛酸作为一种超强的抗氧化剂,已成为动物饲料中一种常用的添加剂。本文主要探讨了饲料中硫辛酸对铜胁迫青虾肝胰腺及血清转氨酶活力的影响。实验共分为5组,分别为对照组(Cu0)、15和30μg/L的铜胁迫组(记为Cu15和Cu30)、铜胁迫加硫辛酸添加组(15和30μg/L Cu胁迫,饲料中添加1 g/kg硫辛酸,分别记为Cu15LA、Cu30LA)。实验共持续8周。实验结果发现:各铜胁迫组青虾血清及肝胰腺中谷草转氨酶(GOT)的含量以及谷丙转氨酶(GPT)的含量会随着Cu浓度的升高而升高,肝胰腺中GOT活力Cu30显著高于Cu0(P<0.05),Cu15与Cu0并无显著差异(P>0.05)。血清中GOT活力Cu30、Cu15以及Cu0之间都含有显著差异(P<0.05)。饲料中添加硫辛酸后,肝胰腺中GOT活力Cu30LA显著低于Cu30(P<0.05),Cu15LA与Cu15并无显著差异(P>0.05);血清中GOT活力Cu30LA、Cu15LA均显著低于相应的铜胁迫组(P<0.05)。青虾肝胰腺及血清中的GPT活力Cu30、Cu15以及Cu0之间都含有显著差异(P<0.05)。饲料中添加硫辛酸后,青虾肝胰腺及血清中的GPT活力Cu30LA、Cu15LA均显著低于相应的铜胁迫组(P<0.05)。由此可得,饲料中添加1 g/kg的硫辛酸可显著降低Cu胁迫下青虾肝胰腺及血清中GOT和GPT的活力,对Cu胁迫下青虾的肝脏组织具有保护、修复的作用。
