摘 要：在新时代背景下，企业的发展不仅需要硬实力的支撑，更是需要企业软实力的支撑，企业才能长远的发展，而企业软实力就是企业文化的建设。近年来，越来越多的企业认识到企业文化的建设在企业发展中的重要性，但还是有许多的企业没有认识到企业文化建设的重要性，以此导致企业发展前景不好。因此本文对企业文化对企业发展的影响进行了研究，主要采取了文献研究法、归纳总结法和案例分析法三种研究方法，以华为、海尔模式企业文化为主要案例，对企业文化的凝聚功能、导向功能、激励功能、约束功能、调试功能进行详细分析。本文最主要的目的是通过对企业文化对企业发展的影响研究，让更多的企业认识到企业文化对发展中企业有至关重要的影响，让更多的企业重视企业文化的建设，从而促进企业更加长远的发展，促进社会经济的发展。

The influence of corporate culture on corporate development

——Take Huawei and Haier models as examples

Abstract：In the context of the new era,the development of an enterprise needsnot only the support of hard power,but also the support of the soft power of the enterprise, so that the enterprise can develop in the long term, and the soft power of the enterprise is the construction of corporate culture. In recent years, more and more companies have realized the importance of corporate culture construction in corporate development,but there are still many companies that fail to realize the importance of corporate culture construction, which leads to poor corporate development prospects. Therefore, this paper studies the impact of corporate culture on corporate development,mainly adopting three research methods: literature research, inductive summary and case analysis. With Huawei and Haier model corporate culture as the main cases,the cohesive function of corporate culture ,Orientation function, incentive function, restraint function, debugging function for detailed analysis. The main purpose of this article is to study the impact of corporate culture on corporate development, so that more companies realize that corporate culture has a vital impact on developing companies, and to make more companies pay attention to the construction of corporate culture,thereby promoting More long-term development of enterprises promotes social and economic development.
