| 酒店营运能力分析
摘要
在过去的20年里，随着中国经济的持续升温，中国的旅游业有了长足的增长，现如今已经跻身于世界旅游大国之列，跃居亚洲旅游大国之首。酒店——旅游业重要服务设施之一，它与旅游社、旅游交通一起，被称为旅游业的三大要素，因此酒店占据了旅游产业链中的重要环节，不可或缺。
营运能力主要是指企业利用自身的经济资源创造收入和产值的能力。对于一个企业来说，营运能力的分析至关重要，它影响着企业的盈利能力和偿债能力。
本文将从营运能力指标分析的角度出发，采取理论与案例相结合的方法，首先对营运能力的相关概念和指标进行了阐述，其次介绍了万豪国际酒店的基本情况，随后对其5年的营运能力指标进行了分析，最后针对这一系列的问题也适当提出了一些建议。

Abstract
With the acceleration of the urbanization,here comes a heavier and heavier trafficin large cities, the development of the Suburban Railway is an important measure to alleviate the problem of transportation, develop satellite towns, and improve traveling conditions of local residents.
In this thesis some problems of suburban railway operation are studied,which discusses the research status of suburban railway and the development situation at home and abroad and the outskirts of Chengdu to Qingcheng mountain railway as an example,mainly analyzes the passenger traffic of Chengdu to Qingcheng mountain section structure, passenger flow distribution of passenger flow characteristics of train plans on the analysis of the contents, influence factors, and formulate principles and basis to predict the OD traffic calculation train logarithm and peak hour train interval. This thesis through to the study of the suburban railway operation organization relatedissues, provide theoretical data for operation and the future development of the suburban.
